Each breathe, each movement, each line we make or draw is an opportunity to become aware and tune into our third eye & to practice mindfulness. Our workshop will consist of these 3 main elements:
Guided meditation around themes of awareness and understanding where you are in the NOW through your Third eye / Thirdbeing .
Guided Blind Contour Drawing-- blind contour is to take sight away to really SEE, instead of focusing on the material which we tend to do as we move so fast within society. Focusing and tuning to the lines, shapes, shades, and more of a subject allows you to connect spiritually within the now.
Guided Yoga Flow accompanied by calming Indian instrumentals by local Indian musician Prabir Mehta. We will use techniques from what we learned into the practice of movement.
To let go of the material and sight of how you look & Letting your senses guide you.
