"Racial Profiling,” written and released by Julia McCauley as part of a group piece performed as a Vocal Protest at the 2nd Street Festival on Main Street August 23, 2005 lead by Brooklyn-born organizer and host, Lorna Pinckney. "Lyric Ave" now shows at Hippodrome Theatre and along the East Coast. In 2020, the popular variety troupe is celebrating 17 years strong in The City of Richmond, Virginia.
The CD features classic, original spoken word poetry by Narrator Lee Jones, Rachael Marlow, Nazdak, among other voices featured in year two of Lyric Ave, “Richmond's Most Unique Poetry Variety Show,” produced by Craig Watson and Dontron Goode.
