August Plant Party: Sedum Propogation

Sedum are cute, succulent plants, with many of the most hardy ones native to Europe and able to handle fluctuating temperatures and water levels. This makes them excellent landscaping and potted plants, such as in the planters outside of Gallery 5. They also come in a range of sizes, scales, textures, colors, growth habits, and most bloom in proper conditions! Paint and design your own mini terracotta planter and learn the basics of sedum propagation and small scale container design. We’ll provide a “thriller, filler, and spiller” sedum for an adorable planting that will be happy year round in a sunny window, with minimal care or effort.
