From ancient medicine to classic drink ingredient, bitters are there to pack a punch! In this Plant Party we'll be talking about how to harvest and use dry plant materials, make herbal preparations, and pair flavors.

We will also sample some one-ingredient cocktail bitters to get inspiration for our own cocktail bitters making.

Ticket includes materials (dried plant matter, mason jars, glass dropper bottles,) instruction, bitters tasting (soda water+prepped simple bitters,) 1 drink from the bar featuring bitters, and some palate-cleansing snacks. 

You'll take home 2 customized cocktail bitters mixes (a perfect present for cocktail lovers) as well as your own starter bitters mix.
