Richmond, Virginia:
Krampus is coming! KRAMPUS is coming!
And with that we must continue our creative efforts in conjunction by the return of Yuletide Monsters 2017, with a group art show, live music, a "Holidaze Market", and our libation station as part of RVA First Fridays.
First Friday, December 1st
7pm-midnight
FREE to enter
Our mission is celebrate the horned, hooved, and quite furry legendary yuletide icon and welcome him back into our winter lore. At some point he was cut out of the equation (Santa Claus got a little too scared so Krampus got the ax) BUT our good ol' holiday "devil" can't be held down!
For the month of December we are taking over Gallery5 and covering the walls with as much Krampus interpretations as we can. Paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures, masks, puppets, projections will fill up the upstairs gallery space in honor of the return of Krampus!
