Bard City plays original folk rock songs about their appreciation for the fantasy genre, TTRPGs, LARP, and the collective story-telling project that is nerd culture. Bard City looks forward to taking you along on the adventure, where together you’ll persevere through the power of friendship (and a lot of violence).
Formed in Baltimore in 2022 with members from Baltimore, Washington DC, and Richmond, VA you can find the band at conventions, renaissance faires, the Feywild, Gielinor, Middle Earth, and wherever a drinking song is needed.
Bard City has released 2 albums - The Power of Friendship and Drinking Songs for the Level Ones. They recently released their single ArchChad, a song about a power lifting wizard.

Tiara & Andrew are an alternative folk-pop duo creating music where soulful vocals, organic instrumentation, and ethereal storytelling meet. The Virginia-based duo explores love, spirituality, nature, and the mysteries of existence through a distinctly celestial lens.
Their music invites listeners to slow down, wonder, and question what it means to be human—blending intimate songwriting with a sense of magic and connection to something larger than ourselves.

The duo blends Irish whistle, hammered dulcimer, lute dulcimer, and voice to create magical, original arrangements of nostalgic video game music songs, music from fantasy soundtracks, and Celtic and Irish traditional songs. The Ex-Patriots play a style of traditional Irish music, infused with the energy of punk and the storytelling of American folk music. With original lyrics composed by lead Jonah, the band fills in with lively, fist pumping beats. Formed at Lynchburg College nearly 25 years ago, the Ex-Patriots still put on a high-energy performance unlike any other. Making the move to Richmond in 2002, the band has built a reputation for sing-alongs, dancing, and audience participation. Consisting of traditional instruments like the tin whistle, mandolin, and violin, the band brings an old Irish sound and an original blend of influences to their shows. And while the band long had a rotating cast of characters, the current lineup has been performing regularly for the past eight years at venues like the Church Hill Irish Festival, Northside Grill, Mainline Brewery, Poe’s Pub, Final Gravity Brewing, and many more. The Ex-Patriots are firmly rooted in the style of the Pogues and will always perform a few Pogues songs. However, they also step outside the box to perform original music inspired by punk, American folk, and old-time gospel. Their new album features everything from upbeat drinking songs to lovesick ballads and from the deeply personal to the unabashedly political. The Ex-Patriots first album, Place I Call Home was released in March 2025 and can be found on all streaming platforms.
