After the breakup of Philly's short-lived and much-loved Modern Baseball, Jake Ewald took a break from the spotlight and when they re-emerged with the lo-fi indie pop record under the name SLAUGHTER BEACH, DOG we rejoiced! SBD played one of their earliest shows at Strange Matter and then did so again this past summer and packed the place! On this special solo tour Jake's Slaughter Beach, Dog will be joined by one of the funnest bands in pop-punk and beyond, Ohio rulers and one of Richmond's favorite touring acts THE SIDEKICKS whose frontman Steve Ciolek will also be doing an acoustic, intimate set!
