If you ever thought that artists were no good at sports, then guess again! The Gallery5 bowling team "The Spherical Miracles", created for Richmond Magazine's 2009 Best & Worst Bowl, won first place out of 32 teams clenching the $1000 prize at Thursday nights competition!

 

Our team was comprised of our Executive Director, Amanda Robinson, our Assistant Director, Kevin Orlosky, and our two amazing, bartenders, supporters, and kick-ass friends from one of Richmond's favorite bands Jason Horst and the Best of the Worst, the two-and-only Jason Horst and Matt Webb! A special thanks to both of you for your hard work and bowling skillzzzz.

 

This extra $1,000 could not have come at a better time. To keep the fire marshal happy, we are allocating these funds to get our performance space electrical work up-to-code. Thank you to Richmond Magazine, what a great night indeed!
